When regular pick-up falls on a holiday, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th – Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, the pick-up will be made on the next regular scheduled pick-up day.

Please do not allow your contractors to dump construction debris on PVN premises. The HOA is only responsible for the removal of house hold garbage and residential heavy pick up of tree limbs and furniture and appliances. The contractor conducting a remodel in the PVN Community should remove the debris caused by the remodeling job.
If you see someone dumping, report to management or the local Sheriff's Office. Please describe the vehicle, with license plate number and the person dumping. This is your neighborhood, take pride where you live.
After Hours please use the night drop box, located to the left of the double white doors to drop off your monthly assessment payment.
Our community is strong and looking to improve. We welcome anyone that would like to help in making the change for the better. You are welcome to come to the clubhouse if you need anything it is open Monday thru Friday.

As a reminder, please call the non- emergency number for Harris County Constables Office at 713-221-6000 *6. There is a deputy on duty from 2 PM to 10 PM and another from 11 PM to 7 AM. There is also an app IWATCH to report non-emergency concerns. If you see something and for emergencies please call 911.

As a service to the owners and residents at Pine Village North, BK Texas Towing will be enforcing all of the towing regulations stipulated in the Rules and Regulations and Restrictions . Your vehicle can be towed for any of the following violations:
Handicap Spaces
Fire Lanes
Double Parking over the line, taking up more than one space.
Blocking garages (If temporary parking leave flashers on)
Blocking entry, exit or sidewalks.
No Parking areas, including but not limited to, sidewalks, curbs, grass, etc.

Vehicles leaking fluids
